Please confirm that your iPadOS is up to date.  You can do this by checking for an update under the Settings apps. Tap on Settings > General > Software Update.  If a software update is pending, you will be able to apply it from this menu. 

 

After you have confirmed that your iPadOS is up to date, please review the Safari settings below to ensure the settings on your iPad match our recommended settings. If the settings on your iPad do not follow the District's recommendations, your iPad may not be able to access all school resources. 


To access Safari settings, open the Settings app and scroll until you see Safari. Make note and match the settings on your iPad to match what is shown below.

Be sure to select All History and Close All Tabs before tapping Clear History
