1. Close all Google Chrome windows
2. Open one new Google Chrome Window
3. At the top right, click the three vertical dots 
4. Click More tools > Clear browsing data
5. A new window will open with two options: Basic and Advanced - choose Advanced
6. Set Time Range to All Time
7. In the list of boxes below, check all boxes except "Passwords and other sign-in data".
8. Make sure that "Passwords and other sign-in data" is not checked
9. Click Clear Data
